| 8 oz can | Tomatoe Sauce w/Garlic | |
| 1/2 Cup | Purple Onion | Dice then measure |
| 4 oz can | Green Chilies | Diced |
| 1/4 Cup | Vaslic Mild Pepper Rings | Diced (16 oz jar makes 1 Cup) |
| 1/4 Cup | Juice of Pepper Rings | |
| 1 tsp | Season Salt | |
| 1/2 tsp | Cummin | |
| 1 tsp | Malt Vinegar | |
| 1/8 tsp | Red Pepper | More or less to set heat level |
Combine all ingredients and
simmer on low heat for about 45 minuets, cool in refrig. then serve. Hope you enjoy.

Larger Quanity Makes aprox 5 Quarts

| 2-15 oz cans | Tomato Sauce | |
| 2 Cups | Purple Onion | Dice then measure |
| 1-16oz Jar | Vaslic Mild Pepper Rings | Diced (16 oz jar makes 1 Cup) |
| 1 Cup | Juice of Pepper Rings | |
| 4 tsp | Season Salt | |
| 2 Tbsp | Sugar | |
| 2 tsp | Cummin Packed | |
| 4 tsp | Malt Vinegar | |
| 1/8 tsp | Red Pepper | More or less to set heat level |
Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat for about 45 minuets, pour in canning jars and put on lids. Hope you enjoy.
