Duger's Popeye Pie
Spinach Cheeseburger Pie
Great Taste Treat
| 1 lb | Ground Beef |
| 1 Cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1/2 Pkg | Spinach, Frozen |
| 1/2 TSP | Season Salt |
| 1 Cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1/2 Cup | Bisquick |
| 1 Cup | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs |
Thaw spinach on a paper towel. Pre heat oven to 400. Grease a 9" pie plate. Cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is brown then drain off the fat. Stir in the salt and spread in the pie plate. Make a layer of spinach on top of the meat and sprinkle the cheese on top of that.

Mix the remaining ingredients until blended and pour into the pie plate.

Bake for 25 min or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serves 6
